| Cylinder head skimming Hi All, What tool is used to skim the head? I found this on the net, this cant be all thats required, can it? http://www.toolmix.com/browse/produc...=128&pid=40316

FASTER!!! | Re: Cylinder head skimming na, thats just to scrape off the gasket if its stuck to the head or block. the head has to goto a machinist to be skimmed as it has to be perfectly done. should cost about £30 to get it skimmed so its not too bad, try asking at your local garage to see where the nearest one is.
