| Passenger Door Lock Question Hi, First post so hello all. I have a W Reg Marea 1.6 and if I try and open the car from the passenger side with the key nothing happens. The central locking works fine from the drivers side. So before I strip the door down I was wondering if this was a feature of Marea's or a genuine fault? Thanks for any help.

| Re: Passenger Door Lock Question Sounds like a genuine fault, the locking is generally quite good. | |||

| Re: Passenger Door Lock Question Thanks for the reply. It turns out that there should be a small rod that connects the lock barrel to the lock mechanism. Mine was just hanging loose. Re-connected it and now the passenger door works correctly. Cheers.
