Hey, I have a very rare top spec 20v weekend with leather, electric seats and just 36k on the clock. The one thing that let's it down are the original alloys which have corroded. I'm trying to find some, looking online modern ones look dodgy with the 90s styling. Do I refurb or find coupe ones etc. The car is maroon, or deep red.

"Rosso barocco"? Metallic red or the darker one that looks bit like dried blood? The original alloys are bit dull.

Mine with HGT wheels (195/55 profile as they came off HGT back in 2012 so they look small in the pictures, got new tires on it now).
They dont differ much from the stock ones but they look better.

Stilo blades are always a good looking choice if the size does not bother, a bit too open for my liking.

hi,:) are they too far gone to refurb..??

I've had a range on my silver weekend.

14 and 15 inch

They could be refurbed, just seeing if I can improve the look before I do. Like the hgt wheels.

How can the ET/offset be wrong when the brake disk and caliper share the same part number between 20v marea and 20v HGT? The elbow and subframe are also same (wishbone length is also same).

I've had no problems (155 weekend) on two sets of HGT wheels (195/60R15 summer and 195/55R15 winter, even 195/65R15 goes there but it rubs a little on full lock).
varesecrazy 14 inch wont fit on 20v as the brakes are bigger.

Coupe alloys look great if the car is lowered, but the bouncy suspension is great for speedhumps in London. Think I'll refurb

Sorry buddy ....just had a look at the photo of your Marea ....you have phase 1 HGT wheels .....phase two 2 are a different offset as the sit slightly inside the arches .....
PS they look brilliant on a Marea Weekend

Stilo blades suit the Marea Weekend soo well as my Weekend showed :D FB_IMG_1467486232892.jpeg
