well i bought it easter weekend as a non running car off ebay its a T- reg weekend 2.0 hlx. after about 10 min looking at it i could see that the last owner had changed the powersteering belt but tightened it up to much, putting to much strain on the tentioners making it chew the cambelt and it slipped. after not touching it till today. i have descided that i wanna keep if for my self and fix is over the next 2 weeks.
i am now almost ready to take the head off and see how many valves its bent. Everything is stripped of the engine bar the manifolds. i hope to do the rest tomorrrow.
does anybody have the torq settings for the head bolts on a 2.0 20v engine please.
