I've got a 2.4 jtd weekend and just as the better weather shows up the A/C goes on the blink. It sounds like the compressor is not being switch in (ie no difference in engine tone when switch on)
I've checked all fuses with a meter and their ok, I've changed the relays behind the fuse box but according to the manual these don't control the A/C anyway.
so now the hunt is on for the proper relay.
Does anybody know where the little begger is hiding.

Not sure where this is. Try the relay block in the glove compartment, if not it may be in the engine compartment.

It's in the black steel box in front of the battery. Do a search on this part of the forum and you'll see links to the wiring diagrams etc.

The compressor does not turn on if the system pressure is too low so it may be worth checking that first.
