any got a guide on how to take the rear suspension apart, i need to take the springs out so i can replace the rear wings arms

Springs come off just by putting jack under the arm, undoing the lower shock bolt and releasing the arm.

the rear i can have the springs out in minutes lol, absolute easy, like has been said, i left the wheel on, jack up axle stand and then jack under the rear leg so compressing the spring, spring clamss on tighten up, let the jack down on the leg, undo the rear bottom shock nut, get the jack under the leg to support it, and tap the bolt out, undo the jack slowly and the rear spring falls out, look at teh guide on fiatboo or retro rides (rat20v on fiatboo and nofrills on retro rides) it is really easy but be careful ad make sure you have all the right tools
