Afternoon all

Just wondering if the shocks on the front of a marea brava etc are the same across the range or do the change on each model.

something that was at the back of my mind actually. My marea sits quite high, was wondering what OEM fiat suspension fits directly onto the marea (Bravo hgt, coupe 20v NA)? aftermarket kits are ridiculously expensive for Mareas...

I'm sure this is something @rat20v investigated, the difference was something to do with the anti-roll bar or drop links or both.

Yep, Venters your right, the basic difference is the anit roll bar, and the drop links, the drop link bolt to the anti roll bar and then to the shock absorber (just under the spring platform) the bravo ones, the drop link goes through the lower (if i remember correctly) and bolts to the bottom of the shock.

its quite difficult to explain without pictures, but if you search ebay for the a bravo droplink and a marea drop link you will see the differences.

i was going to change my anti roll bar to a bravo one so i could run the bravo coilovers on the front, but i just lowered it in the end.

both anti roll bar are different too, i even tried multipla's shocks but they didn't fit either.

if you need shock i know of some, and they have the factory fit abarth front springs too.

cheers
