Just bought an alloy wheel to use as spare on my 1.8 Marea.

Looks pretty much the same estetically, however when I tried fitting it, the bolts wer just too short.

It appears that the rim flange thickness is different . The 1.8 Marea (and all other models) hasa6J x 43 rims and this rim is 6J x 49! It appears to come from a 2.0 20V.:bang:

Now, I've tried to purchase wheel bolts for the 2.0 however the bolts offered by suppliers are of one size for all models!!

How is this possible? Any ideas whether the 2.0 has longer bolts?

It looks like the wheel offset is the same as the flange of this rim is 6mm thicker than the rest (which should explain the difference between 49 and 43?)however the bottom of the flange is at the same distance from the rim outer edge on both types of rims.

Dont know about being original, but they fit, got those on marea with Bravo HGT wheels. Same threads on my brava too.

Hi,

I'm looking.

All I can find in the Fiat catalogue are M12x1,25 mm studs which are 40 mm long and have a 22 mm long thread. These are specified for all Bravo, Marea, Tempra and Punto models.

These are the ones I already have, which don't fit this alloy wheel.

22mm sounds too short, not enough thread for my wheels, would strip the threads.
I picked mine from local store, 10 bolt sets so bought two of them.
Dont have original bolts as previous owner kept the alloys for new fiat and all I got were new steel rims with rusty bolts...
