I was driving home from work earlier today and heard a bang under the car i thought it was just a stone hitting the under body but as i went on i started to hear a really bad rattle and that my power steering had gone i pulled over and found the power steering pump broke off its mount and aux belt wrapped around the water pump pully and i'm only after sending my old white one off to the scrap yard so now i have to go and try and find bolts and mounts AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I suppose you were kinda lucky it didn't take out the timing belt.

I know i never realised how heavy the steering is in a marea with out assistance it is'nt helping matters though with it lowered 50mm

Oooh man that sucks, is this an insentive for all owners to check the pas bolts then? Maybe even replace ?
