Hi folks ok got myself a marea 1.8 16v now done the service but can someone tell me were can I find the spark plugs as I can't find were they go help

They are very shy. You have to remove the cover from the top of the engine, about 6 torx plus 2 allen key grub screws holding the oil filler down. These siezed on my car and I used a centre punch to drive them out. Its coil per so one at time swap them out after emoving the coils. I have a plug socket extension bar and 1/4 drive torque wrench to do mine. Its 25 NM. They are down the end of a very deep hole.

thomas11 , iv got a weekend 2.0 20v ,,and i go to my local fiat dealer (Chadwell Heath) when they found out i was a ff member i got all 5 plugs from 27 to 18 quid , a big difference you'l agree.

Gotta say, i use to use Chadwell heath Glyn Hopkins all the time, and then they stitched me up, i only use power italia in basildon now.
