I have a year 2000 1.8 marea est. not running properly, changed plugs still same.it has cm11-202 ignition coils which read about 1.9kohms is this correct
i only have tech info for cm14 coils on fiat manual and they read 0.6 ohm are my cm11 coils faulty.hope somebody can help me

My Haynes manual gives the 0.6 ohms. 1.8K ohms would be very high for a primary. Are they all the same?

yeah they all read roughly same must be some electronics before the coil

The Haynes manual implies this. It says all except the 1.8 the power switch is built into the ECU. This reads as though its in the coil housing on the 1.8. When i change my plugs (1.8) the insulator is almost white. Its always run really well.
