hi lads it's my first winter with my w/ender 110 sx jtd i/we love it but the demisting in this is crap compared to other cars i've owned it only fully clears up when it's the max setting does the pollen filter affect these cars like the astra models do?

oh and all the fan speeds work fine as well any ideas lads?

Youl need to change the pollen filter if you havent done it. If you have the heat on full, speed on 3 and set on windsreen or on autodemist it should clear quite quickly. I have wind deflectors fitted and I find if I have both windows open about an 1" when I demist it lets the damp air out and I when I get in the car the next time theres not much to demist.

behind the front wheel inner skin passenger side i think tho i stand to be corrected on this..

It's not under the wheelarch. Open the bonnet and on the passenger side, on the plastic trim the wipers sit on there is a little panel held on by 2 screws. It's behind there.

cheers stu m8 i'll have a look tomoz how much are they by the way??

Mine was seriously filthy and blocking the flow of air so much it was stupid..... I just cleaned it out by tapping it against something hard as a temp measure. Improved things a lot just by doing that.

Next time I service the car I will replace it though.
