Today my fuse blew in my 98 R Marea si it reset my radio, i have the code 0271 and i know how to enter the numbers onto the screen but i cant enter the code once the numbers are on screen, its the original radio so is there anyone around who could help

hi all,
few years passed but I got the same problem on Fiat marea 105 Jtd (year 2000).
As my previous radio car is broken I've changed it with another one (second hand).

I insert the code but then what should I do ? it remains on the screen; is there any other button that I should press ?
