undefinedundefined :bang: yup this is how i feel...i have a 1999 fiat marea 1600 weekend thats got a slight problem that i need a hand with...
the engine managment light was on and it ran like a dog then i replaced plugs, leads, and that lovley black box thingy that the leads plug into...still no good...the light was still on...
then i was told one of the injectors was buggerd and had that replaced and hay presto,,,the light went off..
but and i mean but....it still ran like a pig....it feels like its dragging its back end for example,,,if i put my foot down its like its flooding the engine especially when im going up hills...then today a new development acurde... :bang: the little red engine managment light poped on again but not the same as last time,,,its intermediet,,,lol,, it only comes on when driving and exelarating...if the car is parked and i press down the exelarator it does not apeare....i havnt got a clue whats up with the dam thing and im at the end of my tether... i live in dewsbury between leeds and wakefield so if anybody can recomend a good garage then i would be greatful for that too...

Hi and welcome to our forum :D
There could be a few reasons why that was happening. I would recommend that you take it in for an engine diagnostic first.
Sorry I can't help with garages in that area. Have you tried a search in the garage section?
Hope you get sorted, let us know how you get on.

its looking like ive got two injectors down. when the tec put his meter across, two injectors wernt regerstering 16 oms...found two suplyers dead cheap one in devon and one on ebay.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2495030227 .the one on e bay charges £57.99 including postage...part number 71718998...he is actualy advertizing for the 1.6 brava but i had a chat with the fiat specialist called perfect service http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tillsonhawke/in devon 01626 333704 and they confimed that thay are the same part...just waiting to see if thay can beat the price of e bay....

yeeeessss!!!!ive cured my problem!!!! :) :D (y) i bought 4 new injectors for 200 notes of ebay (link at the top of page) saving me £200 quid.... ifitted them myself which was a right bitch :bang: and took me 3 hour because you have to take all the inlet maifold off that has bolts in very awkward places for exampel, there is one right behined the aircon pump  fiat dont seem to like machanics...lol ;)
if i had gone to my local garage whitch is very good it would have cost me £105 per injector and £300 for labour...
did have a little problem getting all the air out of the fule line and injector rail but managed it in the end... (y)
if you need a good garage in the dewsbury area west yorkshire then i can recomend g.n. motors on cook lane heckmondwike near the mcdonalds...
hope you can learn somthing from this and use the links above to get your parts cheeper :p
p.s. before i forget,,,,the injectors are the same as the brava and bravo...
good luck

before i forget the devon company told me that fiat are brining out a new injector that is more relyable and if you buy 4 of them you can get them at £50.00 each but,,,,yes there is always a but .......there is a 3 week waiting list.....sorry
hope this will help and save you money..
lee (y) :D :) :p

nice too hear you fix your motor, never heard of 2 going down at the same time you must be super unlucky.
btw its not neccacery too remove the intire inlet manifold too get the injector rail out, just the top part is enough, with practice you can get an injector change down too a 20min job :p
