marea problem

i have a marea weekend td 125 2.4 litre.the power steering belt broke.all new belts are coming off.the belt seems to ride over the fan belt tensioning wheel.
have i got the right belt.?

do i need a new fan belt tensioning wheel?
any ideas where i can get second hand parts in west midlands area?
