(G) 20v oil change

Hi all

Just about to do a service on my 20v and oil change,i have always used selina 20k but fiat have stopped doing it. can any one tell me if i can get this from somewhere else or can you tell me the equivelent? also can i change the oil for semi synthetic.

fiat sold FL (Fiat Lubrificanti)who make selenia years ago, since then it has changed hands 3 times. in my opinon it was never a good choice because you pay top price but dont get a better oil. fiat only recommended it when they owned the company, not because the oil was in any way more suitable for fiat cars.

you can use any 10w40 semi synthetic or fully synthetic oil. i recommend castrol gtx magnatec because it doesn't cost the earth but is a guaranteed good quality oil.

I use Magnatec 10W40 and the car is now at 124,000 miles and no problems yet.
I do change the oil every 6K though...

.... but it does not burn any, even though it regularly runs at nearly max speed....
