I don't like the sound of that!
Sounds like one of thoses computerised things putting people out of jobs.

The rapidshare links above still work (I just checked) if you are not a subscriber you have to then click "free" and then enter a screen code then wait a few seconds for your download to start. There are a number of things that can go wrong in the process but the files are all there and all you need is a lot of patience you wil eventually get the files.
