Styling a Marea Weekend

I hope that you can give me an advise on simple but effective restyling jobs on a Marea Weekend as seen in sig.

It's my dads car but i'm hurt to see that his expensive xeon headlights are damagde by stone impact while driving on the higway.
Now i've taken the time to take a look how damagde they were but it wasn't that worse. Anyone got advise how to sort that out?
