I am very very disappointed & completely unsatisfied with fiat brand & the dealer of it, named Balaji Auto World Pvt.Ltd.,Sector - 13, Nerul,Navi Mumbai.
From the day we have got the car in hand dated 26 Feb.2014, we are facing hell lot of problems & none of the below mentioned problems are resolved till date.Here under please find the same:-
1.Dashboard where the speed meter is given makes hell lot of a sound which in fact increases with the kilometers run.
2.The entire glass fittings is making sound which is irritating while driving.
3. The rear glass have a sound for which the dealer said its due to a specific pin but till date (its almost 2 months now) that pin is not in stock.
4.Rubber strip pasted on the top of the car (outside) is also coming out. Infact when we saw the car for the first time, we noticed that & told the dealer to get it rectified and he said "before delivering the car they will change it" but they didn't. While taking the delivery, we again told the same seeing that the strip want changed & then they said its out of stock but will be replaced in a week or so. But till date,after 2 months also, their is no reply we have got from their end.
5.Roof top inside the car is also coming out & when we mentioned about it with the dealer they replied "its the same in all fiat linea",
For all the above issues mentioned, the dealer has only one thing to say "its the same in all the fiat linea cars". If this is so, then we want this thing in writing, as we are completely unsatisfied by the service as well as with the car.
For resolving these problems,we gave our car back to the dealer expecting everything will be fine but no, even after keeping our car for weeks they did not resolve a single issue & at the end they said, "sir we will get these resolved in your first servicing".
Damn it! Have i bought this luxurious car for keeping it in the service only or what?? Now, we feel that we have made a big mistake buying this car.
I have sent the same mail to fiat linea customer care service also. Now,their reply is awaited.
