when i downloaded the address book from BB first time on blue and me, the names were available and i could dial a call using names. but when updated the address book names disappeared. only numbers are available in address book. how to get back the address book with names back?

Best bet is to delete everything from the car and start again. There's an option in the menu for deleting data.
