I recently did the 4th service of my linea and it has been driven around 40000kms.There was an issue of hard gear shifts and the occasional reverse gear krrr sound. The advisor in the fiat service center informed that the clutch itself is very hard and is not smooth due to which the gear shifts are becoming hard. He allowed me to check out the clutch in another linea vehicle and I realized that the clutch was infact hard in my vehicle . Hence as per his advise I changed the clutch and it costed around 7.5k. When I received the vehicle post service the clutch was very smooth as it was very easy to press down . But after 5 days the issue has creeped up again and the clutch is very hard to press down now resulting in hard gear shifts. Kindly suggest if anybody can share their knowledge and assist me.
The service advisor says he need to recheck the vehicle and I am awaiting the date of appointment .
