What does HGT stand for??

Just wondering why Fiat use HGT? what does it stand for? why did they use GT for the mk1 punto but HGT for the bravo? Then HGT for the mk2 punto.

According to www.puntopower.com HGT stands for "High Gran Tourism"

For the benefit of Dave:
If your gran isn't all tourisma, you must find a word beginning with T that rhymes with your grans actual name, for example, My gran is called Jean,

So,

High Gran Teen

It is a mini game.

Very funny Dave!
