How much would need to be done to make this 'Europe-ready' I wonder... https://www.autoevolution.com/news/...there-s-a-mopar-hot-hatch-version-118281.html
I thought that. I guess it depends on how much engineering would make it 'Europe ready'. It seems to be using the new Firefly engines which I thought were destined for Europe after a South American launch. I wonder how it will cope with the 3D roads in the UK?Looks like a little version of the tipo, wouldn't be surprised if it gets rebranded as a new punto with some European marketed updates
How small is 'small'?Saying it's Punto sized though is a bit misleading, the Mk1 Punto was only slightly longer than the 500 (and 2cm narrower!). I'd like to see Fiat do another small car which is actually small.
Yes. Smart manage it though. However their cars aren't cheap and still not as well packaged as a MK1 Panda for example. Possibly, as you say, because of all the crash protection.Difficult to look even acceptable in the crash tests, so everything gets bigger.
To me it looks like possibly the next Punto, but the write-up suggests it will compete with Ka. So how big is it? Is this Ka+ size, or Punto size. If Ka+ size, makes no sense to compete with Panda, or take sales form 500 by having more doors.
I remember the days when I could park a car in my garage... [emoji20]The way car sizes are going by the time this arrives the KA will be competing directly with the Range Rover and the Range Rover will need an HGV Class1 license to operate.....
