Hi

I am looking to do a marketing topic for uni on Fiat roadside assistance. I am hoping for those who have used this service can help me with this

How long after reporting a breakdown did help arrive?
How easy did you find to get in touch?
Were you given information by text about who would be attending your breakdown and when they would arrive?
Was the patrol attending a local garage or was it an Allianz 'Customer Service' patrol?
What type of recovery vehicle and what did it say on of ie 'Customer Service' or the name of the garage?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Allianz provides a brokering service for its customers, it doesn't have its own network of breakdown and recovery vans to tend to cars up and down the county.

Instead they will buy services from the likes of green flag, AA or RAC as well as dealer network recovery services to find the closest recovery vehicle or service to the break down.

But as pointed out, you've asked this question before and had answers you should really stick to one thread rather then posting the same question several times a few months apart

Decided to go to the source for a definitive answer and contacted Allianz directly. They confirmed they employ there own technicians using a fleet of recovery vehicles branded 'Customer Service' as well as using a network of independent recovery operators.
