Hi.I'm looking for a set of 16'' alloys for my 2012 fiat doblo van but they are hard to come by .Do vauxhall wheels will fit fiat? I believe the size I have is 6Jx16.Thanks

Doblo has wheels which have a centre bore of 58.1mm, a PCD (bolt spacing) of 4x98mm and an offset (ET) of 43mm. Any wheels with those dimensions will fit (although the tyre size you need will depend on the wheel size).

The most crucial ones to look at are the centre bore and PCD.

Centre bore is always overlooked.. but your hub stub is 58mm so the wheel should have a centre bore of 58.1mm (or larger) so that it physically fits onto the hub stub.

A bigger centre bore on the wheel (e.g. 64mm) is okay.. but you *must* then sleeve it down with a spigot ring (size will be quoted as "64 to 58.1" in this example).

The spigot is just a metal or plastic ring that fits into the wheel bore, reducing its size to the correct size for your hub. They're not too dear so don't scrimp. The spigot supports the weight of the car and keeps it off the bolts.

If your new wheels have a bore of *less* than 58mm (e.g. new/Grande Punto and Corsa are 56mm) then the wheels won't fit on your Doblo hub.. so avoid those. You could machine the wheels' centre bores by 2mm to make them fit but .. you want straight bolt-on replacements I guess.

The PCD. The bolt holes on the wheel have to line up with the bolt holes on the hub so you need 4x98 wheels ideally.

You can fit 4x100 PCD wheels (a popular Vauxhall size.. but search for 4x100 PCD wheels rather than just Vauxhall).... although you will need to use special bolts (called "wobble bolts").

Wobble bolts don't actually wobble.. but they have a separate "cup" piece which can adapt to a 100mm PCD wheel hole, even though the threaded part is screwing into a 98mm PCD hub. Think of it as a conical washer.

If you have wobble bolts, you don't want to give them any more work to do by not fitting the correct sized spigot. :)

Offset is not too crucial. Your Doblo has ET43.. so the centre of the wheel is 43mm further into the wheel arch than the hub face. An ET 40 wheel would poke out 3mm more.. and an ET33 wheel would poke out 1cm more. Hardly too worrying unless you're on the limit of silly tyre size vs. the wheel arch.

Stilo 16" wheels are not particularly popular but would fit..?

hi. And thanks for the elaborate response and also educate me regards to that matter. But I think your answers covers the 4 stud wheels ,I have the 5 stud wheels on my 2012 doblo. My previous doblo was from 2007 and and 4 studs. Thanks

Yes.. most 5x100 have a smaller bore than Fiat;

54.1 - tends to be Toyota
56.1 - Subaru.. but their offsets are quite big
57.1 - VAG .. if any of their wheels are not "stodgy".. :D

I'd go 5x98. You have a whole lot more options:

Alfa 147 ET37 (your 5-bolts Doblo is ET36)
Alfa 156 ET37
Alfa 164 (5 bolt models) ET40
Alfa 75 (5 bolt models) ET40

Alfa GT ET37
GTV (ET30 might poke out a bit)
Fiat 500L ET36
Fiat 500X (?) I dunno for sure
Lancia Delta Integrale ET35
Peugeot 806 ET31
Citron "Jumpy" :D ET31

Loads to choose from.. :)

That's more or less it.
