Hello I have had serious problems with my t-jet, driveshaft problems for about 3 months now, it's had 4 brand new ones from fiat them selfs, and have lasted between 4 and 7 days, it's on AP coil overs but all 4 corners are wound up 3 turns, it's like it's too short ? It keeps on coming out the cup and shattering the bearings, so I am having one made up from scratch, the shafts from fiat measure 505mm long and I am having one made up 520 so it sits in the cup further, anyone else know what is causing this ?

YES - pretty much ALL the lowered Grande's suffer this,
as do most lowered cars - just physics /geometry..!!

some shift ( pack) the engine + box.. which helps,;)

but getting a longer driveshaft SHOULD be good also,
do let us know how it goes, (y)

Another issue with lowering a car is CV joint wear and sometimes torque steer issues.

Ideally the drive shafts should be absolutely horizontal from gearbox entry to wheel hub centre. Any inclination or droop makes the CV joints work a lot harder. On cars with non equal length drive shafts (i.e. there is no centre shaft across the back of the engine) then torque steer issues will be increased as well.
