how are people rating spax these days?

i bought a set new with a fault on one of the fronts now its revealed that the rears arent adjusting from hard to soft or vice versa. the back ends bobbing up and down over bumps like a dingy. thing is i feel crap about to go back to spax again to complain that the rears seems to be faulty now. they are less than 1 month old.

wish id bought Koni now with their lifetime no quibble exchange warranty. course i only found out about them after buying this my second set of spax. the first set totally transformed the car and the dampers all worked fine straight from the box. i only had to replace them as the front werent losing their damping after 3 years........

has spax gone through a few changes in ownership in recent years and is there any cause for concern about a possible drop off in the quality of the merchandise they put out these days or have i just been very unlucky?

i was after a kit that could be adjusted on the car.
