Wanted to ask about installing a centre seatbelt into a 238 camper... anyone can put some light onto the matter? Would be musch appreciated.

Welcome! when I saw yours posts title, I thought for a minute there you had 238 questions... oops!

It should be fairly simple; just get a lap belt with the buckle and anchor from a similar vehicle, attach the belt and buckle to the floor beside the driver's floor anchor point, and the right-hand anchor beside the passenger-side one, behind the seat near the air filter.
