my car is a 1.9 jtd dynamic, 03 the car should come with side skirts and a spoiler.. unfortunately it hasent, so i asked the main dealer if i could get them or any other way of dealing with it. they said that the 1st owner may have took them off etc...

is there any way i can speak to some1? or get them fitted for free?

wouldnt think so as your not the 1st owner.so they could argue that you bought the car as you saw it,regardless of original specs.soz

yup if you check paperwork the car was probably "Sold as seen" i got done on this in past few days, fuel tank is porous but cant get previous owner to pay out anything as i bought the car "as seen"

All the JTD Dynamics ive seen havnt got skirts, only a small spoiler.....

mine should come with at least a spoiler!! its 03 and also very high spec too, would of thought, bet the previous owner sold them before taking it in!!

Pre-04 JTD model Stilos did not come with skirts or spoiler, the Dynamic has always had a spoiler as standard, the JTD got it from 04 onwards, the Active Sport got spoiler and skirts from 04 onwards and the only model to have both as standard from launch is the Abarth 3 door. The extras were put on the 'Phase 2' models because sales were slow and they were trying to make the Stilo more attractive to buyers.

Leon, you aren't going to get mods for free, you'll have to pay for them like the rest of us!

TC, the JTD is only available in the 3door as a Dynamic, mine is an 03year (53reg) and the spoiler came as standard. Its only ickle tho!

Leon, if someone had removed the spoiler, you'd know, cos you would be left with holes in the rear screen. Yours must have just been before it became standard

sorry, you're right, the JTD did come in Dynamic guise, unless it was the 80 model which I believe is equivalent to an Active.
