Re: Query

I wouldnt bother spending money on a remap for the 1.2 8v (if it can be done that is) It would cost 2-300quid and probably not worth the money. Save up for a bigger engined car like me

Re: For a remap....................

Angeltuning cant remap the 1.2 8v

So youve spent quite a bit on it then??!!! There are these turbo kits people are always on about, but are pricey I think. You could swap the engine with a GT Turbo but again time/money.........

Have you got a good cold air feed running to the filter? This makes a bit of difference.

I wasnt at that cruise, its a bit far away I think. I must have a twin! The car didnt cost me much- it use to be my mums and I bought it off them for 2 grand, which isnt too bad but I think it still should have been free

You should post some pics up of your car it sounds good.

When I said save up for a bigger engined car like me, I meant thats what im doing at the mo- I havnt got a car with a big engine lol

Talking Oops!

Sorry, didn't realise Nige didn't remap the 8v!

Wolferace, I like your Sig, I'm going to get some photos, then make one myself! What software are you using to create your Sig?

Re: Query

GT engines are quite rare as there usually still attached to the car . But get all your local breakers/scrappys numbers and ask them to keep an eye out for one comming in. But seriously it would be quicker easier and cheaper to get a faster car and move all your mods onto it.
