I think it was actually FIAT (then the parent company) who pulled Lancia out of the UK.

While it'll be nice to have the name back, as with Alfa, as long as the cars remain posher versions of FIATs, I can't see them really taking off.

We need character, flat 4s, narrow angle V4s and V6s, flat 8s............. just like in the good old days.......... and that's where the bean counters of FIAT came in, cheapening the Fulvia, destroying the Gamma........
