ok as you may or may not know my m8 andy bought a W reg bravo 1.2 with 12k miles on the clock, problem is it has recently developd a problem.

when accelerating the car is experiencing sudden power loss which last for at most 1.5secs then power comes back on again.

this happens about once every 3-5 mins

any ideas what could be causing it?

hi this problem happened when i first bought my cinq, the garage replaced the fuel censor, not entirely sure if thats your problem obviously but its a good idea to check if its anything to do with the fuel

Fixit said 2 me that its the lamba sensor or something thats dirty and cloged up. Mite need a new 1.

Might be a a number of things thats the trouble with electrics, whack some fuel injector cleaner in the tank, fuel lines may be clogged up but if it does'nt work you've only lost a fiver!

yeah first thing we did was hit it with the injector cleaner, no change, its down at fiat garage tomorrow, will just have to wait and see.

It was a Manifold pressure sensor by the way for those that care

mostly fixed under the warrenty but I had to pay for fiat to take off the manifold and clean it B)
