Paint problem

I had my bumpers, skits and roof spoiler painted in january, i noticed a small patch of paint coming off the passenger skirt and also now the paint on the front bumper seems to be flaking, i took the car back to the garage before because where he had filled it, it had sunk ( work caused by boss reversing his LR & trailer down the side[V]) I had one full side filled and sprayed, new bonnet - sprayed along with full front end. ) when i took it back he said it dropped because of the climate change (prob bulls**t) anyway when i took it back i got him to do the skirts and roof spoiler because he would already have the paint. I was charged £200 for spraying and fitting (dunno if good or bad?)
Just wanted to know if anyone else has had any problems when having their fiat sprayed - my boss reckons its my car rather than crap paint job - dunno how he works that out. Poss coz he has a LR and used to stuff going wrong on his car:p
Am going back to the garage when i get back from scotland but it will probably just happen again - obviously am not going to pay[:(!]
He told me it wouldn't flake because he uses a plasticide (i thinks thats what he said it was) obviously didn't work[:(!]
Any suggestions, comments

My mate had the same problem on his Saxo, it's because the body shop he took it to did the job on the cheap, it was horrible and started flaking after about six months, he then took it to another body shop, who were more expensive and it is a pukka job, it's all to do with the workmanship not the car.

I had my spoiler done at the same body shop who corrected his work and it's fantastic! (and cheap, my mate works there!)

The thing is he assured me that it wouldn't be on the cheap, and I dont intend to go for cheap as you get what you pay for, it was my boss who had sorted out where to take it as he had done the damage, i wasn't under any illusions that it was cheap, i had shopped around for the skirts and spoiler to be sprayed and i was quoted £60 fit and spray, £100 etc and £200 was top end so I thought it would be a good job - how wrong I was[V]
