Where you think all these 2nd hand llamda sensors are coming from?

Only 20k on the car - good, but does it mention it was last used to drive to Tesco?

Years ago, down't'pit, they used budgerigars to detect when there was a lack of oxygen in the shafts (love that word) Considering you can pick up a budgie for approx. £10 nowadays, surely this would be a cheaper alternative?

Hope this helps.

Re: second hand oxygen sensors

tbh i've bought/sold and fitted second hand lambda sensors several times on my own cars and other people's. as long as you test them with a multimeter to ensure the probe and heater(s) are within the specified range, you can be confident that the sensor has plenty of life left in it.

i'd rather fit a second hand oem lambda sensor than a new universal one.

you can buy 10 second hand lambdas for less than the price of a new one, so its definately cheaper.
