seriously, and i'm not very technical here, there's all sorts of new "behind the scenes" hardware updates and thingies going on, i'm sure ben, et al will give you the proper word when they are on

He's doing something funky with the gallery which means uploading 40gb ish of data which can starve all the bandwidth etc.

it should all be on the super fast, loads of money new server in a week or so, then be better than normal
