America's army online game

I know i know, about as away from Fiats as you can get but oh well, I am sure most don't mind!

Just downloaded (well, over the past two days!) America's Army which is a fantastic online multiplayer game and free. I believe it is made by the US army (one of the good things they have done ;) ) It a very good online battle game and I love it!

It's a 650mb download which took the best part of one night and a day to download (on and off during the day) on my 128kbps connection).

If anyone on here wants me to copy it to a CD I will for say £2.50 through paypal? This isn't to make profit but to cover a bit of my time, CD-R, postage etc. and paypal fees. I hope I am not breaking the law, it is freely downloadable I am just saving you the massive amount of time etc. in downloading.

If you do want a decent download site for it, just ask. If you want me to send the CD, just PM me or something.

If you want to find more info about it, just do a search for america's army, I believe you will see how good an online game it is!

Anyways, thanks for the tip, looks quite good. A bit of a Counter-Strike copy, but I like those type of games.

I'll download it in a few months once I've worked my arse off.

Ah, fair enough. I'm currently finishing of physics coursework.

My day off was yesterday - had a lovely drive to Nottingam! I can understand when people in this world complain about speed cameras so much. In London I've only come across Gatso cams, so you basically just brake for them. Bloody Notts has them all the way down some streets noting your speed at every point.

A46 (Leicester to Nottingham) and M1 was fun though :D

I have those speed cams every day to school, keeps people at 40mph!

I guess so. There was also some 30mph roads. Around the University area I think. I'm actually up in Nottingham quite a bit (got family there), just before it was near Burton Joyce so never needed to come into the town. The motorway was also closed yesterday (J24-J25) so I couldn't just carry on and hit Nuthall (family got new house there).

Study - final year A-Levels. Start uni this year basically. Why?

THere are a few 30's too, but not many,the main one being the one up to nuthall island which is probably the one you are thinking about.

Burton Joyce isn't a bad place, just a bit too far from much of anything, have a few old friends there. Nuthall is where a large number of people from my current school live.

oouuu Imperial, good choice, no good for me due to higher living costs. Nottingham is one of the best places to live in as a student I believe and the Uni (depending on your subject) can be within the top 3 on a number of occasions.

I keep trying to play this game out of about 2 hours playing I have died about 50 times and killed twice, yes, twice! I am not the type for many comp games but that is ludicrously bad lol.

Living costs in London for students it's toooo silly. I'm glad I only live a 1 hour tube (train that runs underground for those that don't know :p) ride away from it (assuming I get in!).

Nottingham is just fat. My father went there, all my cousins went there and so I've been around there quite a bit. It'd just be stupid not to even attempt my offer at Imperial, otherwise Notts would be my first choice.

yeah steve,i was on dial up till september but couldn't go back ,cant you look into the 'half speed' broadband that companies such as tiscali offer @ £15 month?
