car was worth £2-3.5k if it was as mint as his photogallery shows (before), and he's done a lot of work on it.

doing a few megre donoughts in a £120k+ supercar is to be expected, and if it can't handle it then there is something sorely wrong.
if it was in a private car park, then hte only thing he could be charged with would be usage without consent, but with no damage and with no intervention, despite the owner being in visual range (and he got teh key's somehow, I doubt the pug driver has the brains to hot wire a lambo).
