Join the crew i've been unemployed 6weeks now . But i've got a job now just waiting for a security check to complete so im just kicking back and relaxing for a bit.
As far as jug's comment I'd just like to say its been nigh on impossible to get benefit I haven't got f**k all the time i've been out of work as I would love a Tax rebate! :slayer:. Im just glad I saved for a rainy day and f**k me its poured!.
J J, I can do a CV for you I spent 2 weeks designing mine and now I get interviews almost everytime I apply for a job. Another tip apply for every job that interests you even if you don't feel you are qualified as they may take an interest in you as a person and hire you anyway!.

the tesco in carlisle has about 28 job positions going, NOT including christmas work. and they have pretty much every assortmant of hours and jobs on that board.
HOWEVER in sunderland, I have spent ONE AND A HALF DAYS, going from store to store in basically ALL of sunderland and south sheids.
and there is squat, absolutly diddlly doodley squat. except delivering domino's pizzas

I only been fired once, but it was done in style.. Was a valeter for Polar Ford in York, got given a escort cosworth to wash and got it sideways in the forecourt, turned out to be the boss' sons car, fired on the spot.. I had to do it though..

Didn't technically work for the Ford garage, worked for a seperate company that has various valeting bays on several sites, i just worked on the Ford site. Only for a day and few hours though until the cossie incident. It was snowing, and i was in a big open that goes round the side of the garage round to the back so i just slid it all the way round and was unfortunately spotted by both manager of Polar Ford and my own boss.
People wonder why I don't leave my Tipo for others to service?
Wonder how you would feel someone sliding your pride and joy around when they are supposed to be taking care of it.

I was young, and didn't think about other people so much. And really mate, there was nothing to crash into on that bit, it would have been almost impossible to hit something. Was just a gentle 2nd gear slide really but long.
I might add, if you had a cossie (not sure if it was standard under bonnet, certainly not outside) would you leave it to a crappy normal ford garage if you couldn't do it yourself or a specialist.. Not trying to justify my actions here just pointing out the guy was a muppet IMO
