what would be the poilce view on this?
eg get done doing 38mph in what you think is a 40mph zone.would you still be penalised as you should have known via lampost spacing?

Clever?, a camera designed to go off at >30, no issues previously and suddenly a photo with a 40, didn't need Sherlock Holmes to outsmart this f**kwit did it.

Would indeed have been easier to face the music... by comparison though still think drink drivers get off lightly. Like you lot pity the other sods that have gotten photos of the rear of their motors through the post
