Actually heard a rumour a few years back of a water powered plastic engine in development but apparently of the big oil companies brought the rights & shelved it...for obvious reasons.
Also the everlasting light bulb that as shelved aswell after being brought out by a unknown buyer.....now everlasting chocolate,theres a thought

Technically its correct, an engine will run on hydrogen and you can produce hydrogen from tap water but the cost involved would be huge.

Whos more stupid the bloke selling the instuctions or the people who buy them

It's not as mad as you think, have a look at this link. It uses a salt and alloy to produce hydrogen from water.

Mythbusters(the show on Discovery) have actually made this on one of thier shows, it worked and produced Hydrogen but in very very small amounts. They then attached a bottle of hydrogen to the carburettor and the car ran until it backfired and spat flames out of the carb.

sounds like a good reason to buy it then
