i took more than the recommended dose of them last night to get through work along with a couple of cans of red bull , i used to take them most nights but never felt like this before - i really need sleep but i cant

im also dead paranoid and thinking of stupid things , i woke up from a 10 min cat nap in a panic thinking about race horses

anyone know a quick way to get it out my system, im scared

drink a **** load of water, it should flush it out of your system, i done the same thing one day i had a bet on with one of my friends to see if i could stay awake for a whole weekend, one and a half boxes of pro plus and i got through 40hours of endles twitching and i just collapsed vommiting and just not feelin well in general, after 24hours of sleep i was grand.

yeah but that stuff is just boring, we thought we would spice it up a little, my mate didnt even last 24hours so i was well impressed, but i have vowed never to do it again, bad experience, pro plus is the 's work, lol

you need to eat about 6 meals a day with snacks in between when your takin that stuff, it burns your stomach like mad.

I had kind of the same problem yesterday after picking up my new car (Cheers again bob ) 400+mile round trip Manchester to Reading. Monstered loads and I mean loads of coffee got home goosed. Went to bed after prison break. Lay down NO JOY 2hours rollin over every 2mins.

my X took 12 one night before going out on the piss, didnt have any affect till we tried to get to sleep, 5 minutes of trying to get to slep i get a nudge " i think the pro plus are starting to kick in now" lol
