Has anybody seen a Alfa 159 in the flesh and if so does it look as good in reality as the photo's.

I am really tempted to get one next year, it is more practical than a GT so more chance of persuading the wife.

Hopefully they will start to offer discounts by mid 2006, I have seen some imports for delivery next month with big discounts.

I am sorely tempted as well, BUT reckon I will wait to see if the Brera GTA is made

They seem a bargain compared to BMW's etc.

And the money saved can pay for AA cover and extended warranties

As long as you don't use anything electrical it will be fine

The choice 159 for me would be the 3.2 V6 Q4 :chin:

Although the Multijets have oodles of tuning potential....

Well the brera is being put into production, so you never know... surely they have to fit 4wd to the brera GT

The GTA will be bi-turbo, supposedly - 405bhp

The 3.2 V6 now being used by Alfa is the GM dual phaser engine, not a proper Alfa heart - I would wait untill the Maserati V8 running gear goes into 'em. :devil:

and the 3.2 is only £29000 (ok thats more than I earn, wheres that number for the local loan shark)
