A number of years ago the Motor Sport Association Blue book required rally cars to be fitted with 'co driver operation of the air horn'
One driver turned up at scruitineering with a bike horn attached to the co-drivers roll cage.
Absolutely accurate according to the regs, scruitineering passed.
