never seen a roof. but looks like it has a few slates want re seating but if its not leaking why bother.

seems to have at least one slate missing and a few around it slipped, i have a emailed a few local firms for a quote.
Try posting a picture of the roof instead of the font door.
You might get a better reply then
no disrespect but if i was fit enough to get up a ladder and take a photo of the roof i could fix it my self

the roofers i have emailed haven't even replied, must be too much work about
you'd be better off going into the local builders merchant at 1st or last thing.. as the roofers are getting their supplies,
also needs repointing look at back bottom of the apex above window
also long term water leak at back over boiler from guttering
lead flashing round stack looks a bit strange too
think that gas flu from boiler might need extending due to proximity to window

Also what's the rendering/pebble dash at the front hiding, I note the two houses either side haven't been done and neither has the back, given the overall state of the place it's not been done for style and sophistication
