Fiat forum sticker

Not sure who it involves directly but I ordered a Fiat Forum Sticker on the 14th and it still hasn't arrived? I ordered a white one for the outside of a window if that helps. Transaction ID is in the below picture. Sorry I had to make a thread I wasn't sure who to contact. Thanks guys
