Fiat forum Track Day who would want one

Hi guys and girls Lecook and I are looking into setting up a trackday for mid next year.. hopefully were going to get it done this time, all fiat forum members and non-members will be welcome.. Every one welcome no matter what you have, im looking for your guys input though, can people comment below with a preference of tracks that youd like to drive and which you would be prepared to travel to, im thinking of somehow setting up a paypal address that will allow a monthly payment plan so everyone has the best chance to go, if we get enough interest then ill go ahead and contact the event organiser which will be a respected and well organised trackday event planner
Ill put up a link to the fiat forum thread when we get that sorted

Once there has been a favorite track sorted , Ill get in touch with Dave who runs the track days .. , there track days he puts on are fantastic , there Open track what means you can go on and off track when ever you want and though this company they put on free food and photograpy

Not wanting to put a downer, but is someone going to get a price? I can see this turning into something I'd expect to see in the GP section, everyone going yeah I'll do it and all bar 2 backing out when they see the price of a track day.

We've already got the 'its got to be within X distance of me' brigade, so I suspect someone is going to be unhappy :bang:

Basic price for a trackday with opentrack is between £119 and £150 depending on where we go..were planning somewhere central at the moment and arent looking to be doing a track day until may/june, so far im thinking oulton park, rockingham or silverstone as theyre all pretty central and all windy tracks suited for smaller engine/slower cars aswell as the quicker fiats

Opentrack supply drinks & snacks, a few laps tuition and photography in that price. James and I will be booking regardless and I know there are a few genuine 'goers' on the list already

I must say I've never been to a track day before. What do you get for your money? Just a few laps?
