Horse riding, on the pavement?

Its illegal for them to ride of the pavement, and if their horse does a poo stick it on the roses, they don't have to clean it up

I should point out what comes out of the back of a horse is far less harmful than what comes out the back of most cars

It's illegal to ride a horse on the footpath and to leave horse sh*t on a footpath as far as I can tell. (y)

And there may be EU legislation in the offing which will require all horses born after 31 January 2014 to be fitted with daylight visibility strips on their forelegs at all times when being led or ridden on the public highway.

:ROFLMAO:

Will they be user configurable to deactivate them   :p

Have you not yet heard about the horse "underbody air bags" that deploy if sensors fitted to the rider's ar*e sense that he or she is about to fall off?

Now who do I report it to? :)

Dom

As they're breaking the law I guess you would have to report it to someone who enforces those laws, give the "old bill" a call.

As you have no idea who it is there's not really much to report, not sure they'd be too interested in you complaining about a pile of horse sh*t. (y)

Was it taxed? Did you get the number plate? Try www.askNAG.co.uk to see if its insured....

You need to stay one furlong a head of these fillies on horse back or they will canter off into the distance..

Get the Bit between your teeth Dom! But dont let them Hack you off too much.

Remember to dig your spurs in if the police wont do anything but dont get the cob on with the officer you whisper to.

But i will wager an Accumulator on the police either Giving you the Brush off and to try and make you Falter...... of they might get an officer out under starters orders to Rein in the old nag.....
