I've been doing a lot of miles just lately over a 1000 just traveling to Cornwall and back once or twice a month so we've decided it may be easier to move there.

Anyone live in or near North Petherwin, I'm looking to rent a place near there for a while.

Been visiting the area since I was a child, have a couple of friends not to far away and the beaches are just a short drive.
I've been thinking about moving down there for quite some time and the miles I'm doing recently has finally given me the boot up the a*se I've needed to get the ball rolling.
Leaving a lot behind so I'm not 100% yet that's why I plan to rent for a while.

I've seen a few places I like, some of them with "Agricultural Occupancy Restriction" on them. Does this mean I, or a member of my family have to work the land in some way for me to rent such a place?

I plan to rent at first to make sure the move is what we want. Once we're settled and everything is ok I plan to buy so that link was very helpful.

Liked one in North Petherwin but this Agricultural thing means I can't rent it.

But, found an even better place in Spreyton, no Agricultural nonsence and I can walk the kids to school as its at the end of my drive. Going to view it this weekend ...
