no its either or.

8gb givers about 1.5 hours in 5 min clips each clip is about 330mb
I have a card for it not got around to putting it in yet, so i don't have to remove camera to get the footage.

G sensor seems good, but at lowest setting a pot hole sets it off,
so can disappear fast

can transfer from camera to card, not sure about other way yet,

I wonder what the story would've been had the other driver not been told about the dashcam? I'm guessing there'd be an argument over who had gone through the red light?

I liked the 'crash for cash' scam video.
Well, officer. I was driving along in lane 1 and could see my exit up ahead so I was slowing down in order to come off. Just as I was about to leave the main carriageway, this huge lorry smacked straight into the back of me.

And without any form of video evidence, that lorry driver would've been completely screwed.

If you can afford to drive, you can afford £50 (G1W plus SD card)

He actually hit you.... Clear to see whos at fault tho
open and shut case if insurance goes through

I've had a super near miss today, just gotta find a Mov to avi converter

Ziggy

She, indeed did collide, but no damage to my door mirror, just got bent back, hers folded in, and some of the paint on here colour coded bit was scratched off but I don't think she noticed this.

She and I were both fine, she wasn't fussed, and when I realised no damage to my car I wasn't either. But very close call, I thought she'd taken the side of the Bravo out at first

Ziggy, I'd say its your fault for not being more aware.

When entering a roundabout ISTR that the highway code says keep left unless turning right.

Roundabouts that are marked badly like that are blooming awful - your in the left lane as required then there is an arrow just as you get to it so your stuffed.

If you know about this then you should have given more room to the car that you overtook.

normally when the lanes differ from highway code there is a sign on approach to tell you?

if you find your self in the wrong lane you are supposed to sit indicate and wait untill its safe to correct it, or go the way the arrow says and make a u-turn when safe to do so

And these days, how many signs can you actually see in the wet/dark?

Round here the answer is zero.

The markings are so worn these days that they may as well not be there, so its imperative to always be aware of other drivers especially when overtaking them in situations like this.

IMO videos like this are extremely petty.
