You need a full bike test for a three wheeler (if it has an engine over 125cc) or a car test of course.

maybe it was under 125cc (which i doubt) either that or they had there car license i forget now

i think you will get more than 300 left, book on a mk2b has got to be more than 800 for good condition, dont forget they give you dealer price not private price. but if you only get 300 then just buy a car for 300, look in classifieds on here we got a very nice cinq from there for 175 with loads of mot and tax on it

However it's not funny, if they have been all the OP's fault I'd suggest yes walking, or public transport before you kill yourself or someone else.
Or if you need a car, definitely some sort of advanced driving course.
